Edward Houston
A dedicated minister with over 30 years of service, Edward Houston brings spiritual guidance, leadership, and a strong civic presence to the Neon Wheels mission. With a degree in Liberal Arts and experience as a licensed realtor, he has worked to uplift his community through both ministry and housing support. Edward serves on the board of the North Chicago Library, contributing to key financial and operational decisions, and has held roles on multiple nonprofit boards. His deep commitment to education, leadership, and youth engagement makes him a cornerstone of our vision.

Barbara Washington
Barbara Washington is a leader in supply chain management and the owner of a thriving freight brokerage firm. With a degree and certification in Supply Chain Management, she combines industry expertise with a heart for community service. Barbara volunteers with youth programs at Christian Love Baptist Church and serves on nonprofit boards that promote education, STEM, and job readiness. Her dedication to empowering underserved youth through mentorship and opportunity shapes the future-focused mission of Neon Wheels.
